About ASKUAE
ASKUAE helps residents, visitors and businesses find reliable information about UAE business setup, tourism, visas and fines. Answers are generated only from official government and authority websites, and every answer links back to its sources.
Independent service
ASKUAE is an independent information service. It is not an official UAE government website and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any UAE government authority.
How it works
- We maintain a registry of verified official sources — federal and emirate authorities, free zone authorities, police and official tourism boards.
- Approved public pages are collected respectfully (following each site’s rules) and refreshed on a schedule. Pages we cannot collect are linked instead.
- When you ask a question, we search those pages, choose the most relevant passages for your emirate or free zone, and write an answer that cites them.
- If the official sources do not cover your question, we say so and point you to the responsible authority instead of guessing.
What ASKUAE cannot do
- It cannot check your personal records such as fines, visa status or applications. Use the official service for that.
- It never asks for passport numbers, Emirates ID numbers, payment details or government login credentials.
- Rules change. Always confirm important requirements, fees and deadlines with the responsible authority.
Privacy
- Conversations are linked to an anonymous browser session and are visible only to you. You can delete any conversation at any time.
- Long identification numbers you type (such as Emirates ID or card numbers) are removed before your message is stored or processed.
